BASH RACE FORMAT
JConcepts Events are exploding once again and the Bash is born. R/C Monster Motorsports will be running Rock Crawling, Rock Cross, Monster Cross, Sand Drags, Short Course Truck (Slash) Short Course Buggy (J82) and Pulling as part of the Bash. Fred Reep of R/C Monster Motorsports will be running this unique event along side the R/C race track on specifically constructed courses.
Fred has considerable experience running such events as Digger’s Dungeon in North Carolina as well as an extensive back ground in Monster Truck motorsports events. Thanks to Fred’s experience these events will be unique, fun and highly competitive. Timing and scoring will be precise so be sure to bring your very best.
Rock Crawling will offered in a pro and novice, Rock Cross will be based on the 2.2” Rock Crawler (Axial) type rig and feature a motor turn limit of 13.5 brushless. Unlimited 2.2” Rock Cross will be “run what you brung”. Monster Cross will be based on T-Maxx, Revo, MGT and Savage chassis featuring a big block and small block class. Sand Drags will feature a big block and small block class and is open to any vehicle type as long as it fits into the motor specification of big block and small block. Short Course Truck (Slash) will be run utilizing the R/C Monster Motorsports rules for Tuff Truck. Short Course Buggy (J82) will be run without specification on power (go big!) Pulling events will feature a big block and small block class and run utilizing the Team Magic Challenger Pulling Sled.
Rock Cross, Monster Cross, Sang Drag and Pulling rules and procedures will be posted on R/C Monster Motorsports website.

Rock Cross
Qualifying:
Qualifying is side by side multiple lap qualifiers.
Qualifying will have three crawlers competing at one
time for five laps. Drivers will complete three rounds
of qualifying before being seeded in the elimination
rounds or (mains).
Eliminations:
Eliminations follow a side by side elimination format
with a twist from off road racing. After each driver
has qualified, they are seeded into a three crawler
side by side elimination round or (main). The "Top
Qualifier" and second fastest runner up from the
three rounds of qualifying puts them in the finals or
A-main spot. Third and fourth fastest times are seeded
into the semi final or B-main spot. Fifth and sixth
fastest qualifying times will be seeded into the C-main,
and so on. Here's how things get interesting. A driver
in the Z-main can advance all the way to the A-main
final match up by winning their round and advancing
or "bumping up" to the next round.
The Final:
The final round or "A main" in R/C Rock Cross
is a three crawler side by side, 10 lap feature event.
The first Crawler to cross the finish line after completing
ten laps is declared the winner.
Short Course Racing (Tuff Truck / J82)
Qualifying:
Qualifying is multiple lap qualifiers. Qualifying will
have three to four Tuff Trucks competing at one time
for five laps. Drivers will complete three rounds of
qualifying before being seeded into the mains.
Mains:
Mains follow a short course off road racing format.
After each driver has qualified, they are seeded into
a three to four truck five lap main.
Three truck mains: The "Top Qualifier"
and second fastest runner up from the three rounds of
qualifying puts them in the A-main spot. Third and fourth
fastest times are seeded into the B-main. Fifth and
sixth fastest qualifying times will be seeded into the
C-main, and so on. Winners of their main will automatically
be bumped up to the next main.
Four truck mains: The "Top Qualifier",
second, and third fastest runner up from the three rounds
of qualifying puts them in the A-main spot. Fourth,
fifth and sixth fastest times are seeded into the B-main.
Seventh, eighth, and ninth fastest qualifying times
will be seeded into the C-main, and so on. Winners of
their main will automatically be bumped up to the next
main.
The A-Main:
The "A-main" in Tuff Truck racing is a three
to four truck, 10 lap feature event. The first truck
to cross the finish line after completing ten laps is
declared the winner.
Monstercross
Qualifying:

one time for five laps. Drivers will complete three
rounds of qualifying before being seeded in the elimination
rounds or (mains).

Sand Drags
Qualifying:
Qualifying is side by side drag race qualifiers. Drivers
will complete one round of qualifying before being seeded
in a 16 truck elimination bracket.
Eliminations:
Eliminations follow a side by side drag racing elimination
bracket format. The top 15 trucks will automatically
be seeded into the A-main bracket from fastest to slowest.
Trucks not making the top 15 will be seeded into a B-main
elimination bracket and so on. A driver in the Z-main
bracket can advance all the way to the A-main final
match up by winning their bracket and advancing or "bumping
up" to the next bracket.
